You are from this earth!
You arose from within it!
Like every other being!
It is your nourishment!
Your source!
Your energy store!
Yet we often make every effort to detach ourselves from it!
Many live in concrete jungles.
High above the surface!
Avoiding contact with their roots!
And we live lives that are ethereal!
Forgetting our origins!
Detaching ourselves by following only our minds!
Touch the earth!
Feel its strength!
Ground yourself within your source!
Reach out and touch a tree or a plant!
Lay upon the earth!
Feel the strength!
Become rejuvenated!
Re-attach!
