Sex, drugs, exercise!
All temporary diversions.
But no permanent relief!
Your mind does not want you to stop seeking!
But at the moment of stopping, the answer is found!
You cannot run and hide from yourself!
So stand still!
And all will become clear!
You are the answer to your questions!
You are the source that you seek.
You are the relief to the diversions!
Run and hide no more!
You cannot catch your shadow by moving,
Only by remaining still!
