This Day!
Love Papa.
Yes, I get sad!
I feel the pain!
It hurts inside, deep down!
I chose it, but I didn’t want it!
But I’ll face this day
And smile.
I’ll see the beauty
Smell the air
Feel the sunshine on my skin!
For that was then and this is now!
Gone but not forgotten!
A burden carried another day.
Sometime to be released!
But for now
I’ll face this day......and smile!
