I Honour Your Choice!
Love Papa.
It’s not your choice for me to be angry, when you cut me off
in traffic!
It’s not your choice to “give” me the flu because you
contracted it!
And it’s not your choice for me to wallow in your pain or
drama!
Nor is it your choice for me to scream in anger at the
television news!
You cannot make choices for me!
Although I am your child, parent, friend or lover, your
choice is not mine!
For I am forever reserved the right to make my own choices!
Though our pathways may intersect as we weave the tapestry of
our lives,
The choices we make are uniquely our own!
So I say:
To those who choose the disease, I honour your choice!
To those who follow the anger, I honour your choice!
To those who become the victim, I honour your choice!
And to those who bask in the glory of love and the awareness
of source, I honour your choice!
Be at Peace with all beings!
For that truly is, your choice!
