Motivating someone else to fill a dream that you have (even if the dream is for them) is like Herding Cats!
Allowing them to wander aimlessly goes against our nature.
We feel compelled to give advice and direction, based on our experience.
But by doing so we may eliminate many options for the other person.
Usually our efforts are in vain and they don’t do what we want anyway!
However, allowing someone’s efforts to flow along with yours relieves stress, promotes harmony and most importantly allows them to learn from their own experience!
Let your cats wander........they will always come back to the bowl of cream!
