Find a comfortable spot.
Lean back and close your eyes.
Put your feet up if you can.
Take a few deep breaths and exhale slowly.
Ask for Peace.
Allow it to flow over you completely.
Let it penetrate your whole body.
No matter how little or how long you feel it.
Enjoy your moment of Peace.
