A question often asked is, are you happy?
It frequently means something else like, are you happy with me? Or, are you happy with your life, job, mate, etc?
Happiness is not derived from the external.
It is not something found or discovered.
Happiness is a state of being!
Happiness is a choice that anyone can make.
You can choose to be happy in any circumstance!
It may be your darkest time but the choice still remains only yours!
Happiness is not elusive at all, it is simply changing your perspective.
While you may not be happy all the time, you can take all the time you want to be happy!
