Judgment.

When someone judges another, that judgment has more to do with them than with the subject they are judging.

Judgment comes from belief and belief is internal.

We judge what we see as different from us because we have not allowed our expansion to grow to include what we are judging.

As you become aware of the judgment of others (whether directed at you or not) observe your own judgmental ways.

Judgment is not something to be avoided as it is a great learning tool.

Judge not what you see as different, rather allow judgment to be your teacher.
